what i’m actually doing this month

here’s my daily checklist—the habits i’m committing to throughout january. nothing crazy, just consistent action that adds up:
- start a gratitude habit – jot down one thing you’re thankful for each day. it seems small, but it shifts your mindset in the best way.
- 1-2 protein shakes as quick, balanced meals that support your energy and goals.
- make your daily greens a non-negotiable for micronutrients, digestion, and overall wellness.
- aim for 8k-10k steps to keep your body moving and your mood lifted.
- 100 oz of water to boost energy, skin, and metabolism.
- more home-cooked meals to feel nourished and in control of what goes into your body.
- limit alcohol so your sleep, hormones, and progress work with you—not against you.
- prioritize sleep (honestly, we all need this one). better rest = better everything.
