between chasing kids, running errands, working, and trying to keep up with everything else life throws my way, it’s so easy to forget to eat until i’m absolutely starving. that’s usually when i end up grabbing whatever’s quickest—which isn’t always the most filling option.
one thing that’s made a huge difference for me is keeping high-protein snacks on hand. protein helps keep you feeling full longer, supports steady energy throughout the day, and makes it much easier to avoid that mid-afternoon crash. whether i’m packing snacks before heading out or meal prepping for the week, these are a few of my favorite high-protein snack ideas that are simple, delicious, and easy to make ahead.

my favorite high-protein snack ideas
arbonne daily protein boost
one of my favorite ways to sneak in extra protein throughout the day is with the Arbonne FeelFit Daily Protein Boost. i love adding it to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or even recipes like protein bites when i want an easy way to increase my protein intake without changing the flavor too much. it’s such a simple staple to keep in the pantry.
no-bake protein bites
these are one of my favorite snacks to prep at the beginning of the week because they’re grab-and-go and taste like a treat.
ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 2 scoops arbonne daily protein boost
- 2 tablespoons honey
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
- splash of vanilla
mix everything together, roll into bite-sized balls, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. they’re perfect when you need something quick between meals or before heading out the door.

easy egg salad bites
this is one of the easiest high-protein snacks when you already have hard-boiled eggs in the fridge. prep these ahead of time and it’s always a great go-to snack!
simply chop:
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 3 hard-boiled egg whites
mix with:
- 1 spoonful of plain greek yogurt
- a little mustard
- salt
- pepper
serve with your favorite crackers or veggie sticks for a satisfying snack. plus it only takes a few minutes to make which is a win for me!

cottage cheese dip with veggies
if you’re looking for something fresh and filling, cottage cheese is the way to go! i was skeptical…but trust me, this is so so good.
instructions:
scoop about ½ cup of cottage cheese into a bowl and season with garlic powder, black pepper, fresh herbs, or your favorite seasoning blend. serve it with carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers, or any fresh veggies you have on hand. it’s simple, packed with protein, and keeps me full much longer than chips alone.
strawberry protein smoothie
smoothies are one of my favorite ways to get in protein, especially on busy mornings when i don’t have time to make a full breakfast. i love making mine with the Arbonne FeelFit Pea Protein Shake, frozen strawberries, a banana, almond milk, and a handful of spinach. it’s creamy, refreshing, and keeps me full for hours.
no-bake chocolate peanut butter protein cups
these taste like dessert but are packed with protein! so delicious. combine peanut butter, melted dark chocolate, and a scoop of protein powder, then pour into muffin liners and refrigerate until set. they’re perfect when you’re craving something sweet but still want a snack that helps keep you satisfied.

meal prep snack boxes
one of the easiest ways to stay on track is by prepping snack boxes ahead of time. i love filling reusable containers with a mix of protein, healthy fats, and fresh produce so i can simply grab one from the fridge.
my favorite combination includes:
- sliced turkey or chicken
- cheese cubes
- hard-boiled eggs
- grapes or berries
- cucumber or bell pepper slices
- almonds or pistachios
- whole grain crackers
it’s basically a mini charcuterie board that keeps me full while giving me a little variety.
wrapping up my favorite high-protein snack ideas
having high-protein snacks ready to go has made such a difference in my energy throughout the day. when life gets busy, it’s so much easier to make healthy choices when you already have something prepared and waiting in the fridge or pantry.
whether you’re blending a quick smoothie, making protein bites for the week, or putting together snack boxes ahead of time, these are all simple ways to get more protein into your day without spending hours in the kitchen.
