still obsessed with pilates
okay so i’m officially that girl now. the one who goes to pilates five days a week and genuinely gets excited about it. i never thought i’d be here, but here we are—and i’m not mad about it.
the best part? i’m actually starting to see changes in my body. like, real changes. abs are poking through (hello?!), my posture is better, and i just feel stronger overall. plus, i’ve been creating content at the studio and it’s been so fun and honestly kind of funny watching myself figure out these moves on camera.
but let’s be real—half the motivation to show up is feeling cute in what you’re wearing. and that’s where my amazon pilates set obsession started. i have it in so many different colors at this point because the quality is insane for the price. it fits like a dream, doesn’t roll down, and actually holds everything in without feeling restrictive. that set inspired me to hunt down other pilates-worthy activewear that makes me feel just as good. so here are my top 5 favorite pilates sets that actually make me want to work out.

1. goldhinge bluewash double waist strydeform set

this set is chef’s kiss. the bluewash color is so pretty and unique—it’s not your typical black or grey, which i love. the double waist detail on the shorts is super flattering and keeps everything secure without digging in. and the matching bra? supportive, comfortable, and just the right amount of coverage. goldhinge has become one of my go-to brands because their pieces feel high-end but are actually affordable. this set makes me feel put-together and confident, which is exactly what i need when i’m trying to nail a teaser hold.
2. amazon scrunch leggings + sports bra

this is the set that started it all. the one i have in multiple colors because i literally cannot stop buying it. the leggings have the perfect amount of scrunch (without being over-the-top), they’re buttery soft, and they stay up during every roll-down and leg circle. the longline sports bra is supportive enough for pilates but still breathable and cute. honestly, this set rivals any of the expensive brands i’ve tried, and it’s a fraction of the price. if you’re new to pilates or just want a solid, affordable set, start here.
3. abercrombie studioflex sports bra + bike shorts

abercrombie’s activewear line is seriously underrated. the studioflex collection is designed for low-impact workouts (aka perfect for pilates), and the fit is incredible. the sports bra has just enough support without feeling tight, and the bike shorts are high-waisted, flattering, and don’t ride up. i love the minimalist look of this set—it’s clean, classic, and goes with everything. plus, the fabric is so soft and stretchy, it feels like you’re wearing nothing. this is my go-to when i want to feel sleek and pulled together.
4. target strappy sports bra + ultra high rise bike shorts

if you’re on a budget but still want quality activewear, target’s all in motion line is where it’s at. this set is so affordable, but it doesn’t feel cheap at all. the strappy sports bra is cute and supportive (and those back straps? so flattering), and the ultra high rise bike shorts stay put and smooth everything out. i love that i can grab this set on a target run without breaking the bank. it’s proof that you don’t need to spend a fortune to look and feel good during your workout.
5. abercrombie tank + leggings

this set is my elevated, “i want to look like i have my life together” pilates outfit. the portrait tank has a high neckline that feels modern and chic, and it stays in place no matter what move i’m doing. the 7/8 length leggings are my favorite style because they hit right at the ankle and make my legs look longer. the studioflex fabric is butter-soft, supportive, and never see-through (trust me, i’ve tested it). this is the set i reach for when i want to feel confident and put-together, whether i’m at the studio or just running errands after class.
the right set changes everything
listen, the right workout set really does make a difference. when you feel good in what you’re wearing, you show up differently—you’re more confident, more motivated, and honestly, you just enjoy the experience more. these five sets are my ride-or-dies, and i know they’ll become yours too.
so grab one (or all) of these sets, roll out your mat, and let’s get moving. your body—and your confidence—will thank you.
