i used to be that girl chugging extra coffee at 3pm, sneaking in power naps whenever i could, or just pushing through the exhaustion hoping it would magically disappear. spoiler alert: it didn’t. but over the years, i’ve discovered some natural, sustainable ways to beat the afternoon slump without relying on another caffeine fix or collapsing on the couch. these little game-changers have totally changed my afternoons (and my life), and i’m excited to share them with you…
